Streaming our Services

Here’s how to join us online.

Online Services

During the health crisis we have moved to an online format for our Sunday worship and other events that we are not holding in person.  In cooperation with our sister congregation, The Mattatuck Unitarian Universalist Society, we are producing these services and making them available via Facebook and YouTube.  You can find a listing of recent and upcoming services here.

It is likely that even after we are able to return to our meeting places that many will be unable to join us due to ongoing health concerns for those who are most vulnerable.   Our plan is to continue providing our services online even after we are holding them in our worship spaces once more.

Join Us

Our live services are held on Sunday morning at 11:00 and you can join us on the Facebook pages of both congregations, or on the UUMeriden YouTube channel “Sermons and Services” playlist.  If you subscribe to our YouTube channel you can watch our services on most smart TVs that have a YouTube App.

If you are unable to join us live you can watch our service (or any prior streaming service) on the YouTube services channel above whenever it works for you.

Technical Difficulties?

We do our best to insure the quality of our internet streams.  That being said, the internet is not perfect and sometimes there may be problems such as buffering delays, choppy video, audio problems, etc.

  1. Try a different feed.  If you are experiencing problems on Facebook, try our YouTube link or the other congregation’s channel.
  2. Check your WiFi connection, or try using a different device.
  3. If problems persist, let us know and we’ll see if we can help solve them with you.
